Appointments & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Some services, including new client consultations, are request-based and are not considered booked until confirmed by Brass Beauty.

By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payments & Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Some services are listed as custom-priced and may vary based on time, condition, or complexity.
Payment is required as outlined at the time of booking or service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refunds

All services, deposits, consultation fees, and training sessions are non-refundable once provided.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Arriving on time for appointments
Following recommended aftercare instructions
Disclosing relevant health or allergy information
Maintaining proper lash care between appointments

Brass Beauty is not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare, natural lash shedding, or lifestyle factors.

Lash Training & Education

All training, mentorship, and educational services are non-refundable once booked.

Training materials, course content, and techniques shared during training are the intellectual property of Brass Beauty and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.

Certification confirms completion of training only and does not guarantee business success or income.

Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary based on natural lashes, retention, aftercare, and lifestyle. Brass Beauty does not guarantee specific outcomes or retention periods.

Health & Safety

Brass Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

Lash health is compromised
A service may cause harm
Client behavior is inappropriate or unsafe

Client safety and lash health are always the priority.

Limitation of Liability

Brass Beauty is not liable for:

Adverse reactions not disclosed prior to service
Loss or damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions
Indirect or incidental damages

Services are provided at the client’s own discretion.
